Weight Watchers Smart Points for my meals:
Spinach Chicken Parmesan Meatballs, Zoodles, Sauce, Salad – 12sp
Chicken Meatball Sub – 14sp
Baked Ham, Squash Casserole, Green Beans – 10sp
Baked Ham, Squash Casserole, Salad – 10sp
Uno’s Chicago Deep Dish Pizza (1/2 of a personal size) and Caesar Salad – 13sp
Bottlecap Alley Cheeseburger and Fries – 20sp
Christmas lunch and dessert – 30sp
Five Layer Bean Dip:
9×13 casserole dish
1st layer – 1 can refried beans
2nd layer – Guacamole
3rd layer – Mix together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 16oz sour cream, 1 pkg of taco seasoning mix, chopped green onion (around 1/4 cup)
4th layer – remaining chopped green onion, 1 small can of sliced black olives
5th layer – shredded cheese (around 8oz or enough to cover the entire dip)
Serve with your favorite chips
Cream Cheese Squares:
1 Stick of Butter (1/2 cup) – melted
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup chopped nuts (I use pecans)
1 – 8oz package softened cream cheese
1 16oz box of powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 pan with nonstick spray. Combine the melted butter, cake mix, 1 egg, and nuts together to form a dough. Spread the dough into the 9×13 pan.
Using a mixer, beat together the remaining 2 eggs, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Pour this batter on top of the crust in the 9×13 pan. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the top starts to brown. Let cool before serving.
